Dearest Helen,
I have a lot of very fond memories of Ted, but I chose this one to remember and honor his good sense of humor:
I remember one Saturday noon we were having lunch in your house. I had Ima Shoshana with me, and as soon as I opened the door in the kitchen, Ted ran and hid in one of the pillars/foundation in the kitchen, with part of his body showing on both sides of the concrete post. I pretended (sooooo hard) not to notice him hiding... and I saw in Ima's face that she enjoyed that moment too.
This is how I remember and honor him.
